What is SMART Projects and what does operating as a Strategic Hub mean?
SMART is a Strategic Hub for consulting and service coordination. We act as a single point of contact (a “bridge”) between clients – private individuals, companies and public bodies – and the best partners in each sector. We analyse your needs, define the strategy and direct the project, relying exclusively on duly licensed professionals, bodies and agencies for each operational activity.
How are your fees handled?
The SMART Projects fee covers strategic consulting, the preliminary assessment and the Hub's operational direction. Any fees or contracts for regulated services (property deeds, credit, certifications, security) are settled with complete transparency directly with the licensed partners involved.

How does the villa and luxury experience search service work?
We manage the bespoke search and selection of prestigious villas in Rome and Sardinia, yacht charters and exclusive events. We act as your single point of contact to guarantee complete confidentiality, access to off-market opportunities and full management of the logistics.
Are you a real estate agency or a direct rental provider?
No. SMART Projects is a Strategic Hub and does not act as a real estate broker or direct rental provider. For all brokerage, negotiation, rental and sale stages we coordinate directly with partner real estate agencies and shipowners licensed as required by law.
Do you own the vehicles or boats?
We are a single concierge booking and coordination hub. For yachts, luxury cars and chauffeur services we rely exclusively on licensed rental companies and operators with qualified crews.
Events & Location scouting
Do you also handle event planning and catering directly?
We handle the overall direction, venue scouting and supplier management. For individual technical services (catering, set design, audio and lighting) we work with qualified, hand-picked partners, giving you a single point of contact and coordination.
Grants & Subsidised finance
Do you provide funding or grants directly?
No. We carry out a pre-feasibility analysis, identify the grants and incentives best suited to your organisation and prepare the application dossier. Final assessment and disbursement are the responsibility of the relevant public bodies or of the licensed financial institutions and brokers (registered with OAM / Bank of Italy) we work with.
Sustainability, Energy & ESG Certifications
How do you support companies in the energy transition and sustainability?
We analyse your organisation's energy profile and ESG goals. For energy supply, efficiency works and the issuing of official certifications, we coordinate the direct involvement of leading certification bodies and partner energy producers.
Cybersecurity & Digital Security
Who carries out the cybersecurity work?
Technical cybersecurity services (audits, penetration tests, data protection) are carried out directly by our partner company, a leader in the sector. SMART Projects handles needs analysis, strategic planning and integration into your business processes.
Security & Physical protection
Do you provide armed security or surveillance for events and properties?
We act as an organisational bridge. Risk analysis and planning are coordinated by SMART, while operational security and guarding services are provided exclusively by third-party security firms authorised by the Prefecture and holding the required licences.
